Player Biography
Antonio Candreva began his career with third division side Ternana and made his first team debut upon their promotion to Serie B in 2004.
Over the next two season he became a regular in the first team and attracted the interest of several Serie A sides, eventually choosing to sign with Udinese in 2007.
In 2008 he was sent back to Serie B on loan with Livorno where he became a key figure in their promotion back to Serie A the following season. The loan was then extended for another year to give Candreva more first team experience.
However in January 2010 he made a surprise loan switch to Juventus as cover for Claudio Marchisio and impressed during his 16 appearances.
Parma secured Candreva on loan for the 2010/11 season with the option of co-ownership during the last days of the summer transfer market to give Marino more flexibility following injury to Daniele Galloppa.
