Player Biography
Dellafiore started his professional career with Inter Milan, making his debut in 2004. He then spent two seasons on loan to Spezia and Torino before moving to Palermo in 2006.
He was then loaned out to Torino for the 2007/08 season before being recalled to Palermo. Once again he was loaned out to Torino for the second half of the 2008/09 season.
Parma then managed to secure Pablo on loan for the 2009/10 season from Palermo which was then extended for the 2010/11 season with the option of co-ownership.
