Player Biography
Mirante started his career with Juventus in 2004 but made his Serie A debut in 2005 while on loan at Siena. He was recalled back to Juventus in 2006 following their relegation to Serie B.
In 2007 he was loaned out to Sampdoria and impressed enough for Sampdoria to buy half his contract. Mirante was then loaned out to Parma during last summer in exchange for Marco Rossi.
At Parma he had a very impressive season that earned him both a three year contract with Parma and a call up to the Italian national team.
