Player Biography
Morrone started out with his home town club Cosenza and following his Serie A debut with Empoli in 1998 played for Piacenza, Venezia and Palermo before moving to Livorno in 2005.
After two successful seasons at Livorno he was signed by Parma on Cristiano Lucarelli’s reccomendation. Morrone then showed tremendous loyalty to the club following the team down to Serie B. Since then he’s become the club captain and seen as an influential player for Parma, both on and off the pitch.
