Player Biography
Gabriel made his debut for the Banfield first team in 2005 at the Copa Libertadores where he played well enough to earn a call up to Argentina U-20 side.
In 2006 he signed for Liverpool on a four year contract but failed to make an impression in the first team and a year later was sold on to Boca Juniors.
However he expressed a desire to return to Europe and upon his Boca Juniors contract expiring he signed a three year deal with Parma in July 2010.
