Parma’s troubled Argentinian defender Pablo Fontanello is set to spend another season back on loan in Argentina.

Fontanello failed to settle in Parma and after a troubled half season he was loaned back to Tigre in January.

He now seems keen on extending that stay through next season with another loan and buy back option at the end of it.

Fontanello failed to make a single first team appearance with Parma since coming from Tigre last June.

UPDATE: Gimnasia LP have loaned Pablo Fontanello for the season.
