Parma put in a sluggish performance against Third Division side A.C. Lucchese this evening having to come back from a goal down which may be in part due to fielding a weaker team.

Parma struggled to break Lucchese down in the first half and eventually fell behind ten minutes before the break as striker Damiano Biggi seized on a defensive error to give the home side the lead.

However Parma got slowly back into the game in the second half with Castellini grabbing the equaliser on the hour mark before Paloschi grabbed a last minute winner.

There is still alot of work to do before the new season begins and the next friendly will be a much tougher test against Deportivo next weekend.
