After rediscovering his scoring touch, with two goals in his last two games for club and country Alberto Paloschi spoke about the hard won victory last night.

“First I would like to dedicate my goal to the Boys, as they have shown me great support since my injury at Lazio and this season I hope to be able to repay them.”

“It was not an easy game last night against a team that was set out to give their best against us but it was important that we were able to up our game in the second half.”

“The game against Málaga will be our last before the season starts so it is important to get into the right mentality and give 110% in each of our games.”
