Parma’s former goalkeeper and current goalkeeping coach Luca Bucci gave his thoughts ahead of Sunday’s clash against Napoli where he spent the final season of his career.

“Napoli will be a direct clash on Sunday if we still hope to make it to the European places so it’s important that we try and get a positive result on Sunday.”

“Parma really exceeded themselves especially at the beginning of the season and some of the fans began adjusting thier expectations so were disappointed when we began to slide down the table but thankfully we seem to have recovered from that.”

“It’s unfortunate we had such a dip in form during the new year otherwise things count have been very different but that can’t be helped now.”

“Mazzari has definitely turned things around since Donadoni’s departure in December so they definitely won’t make it easy for us.”
