Reports in Italy are linking wantaway striker Cristiano Lucarelli with Napoli in a deal that may see the return of former Parma starlet Luca Cigarini.

The proposed swap deal may include Lucarelli plus cash compensation in exchange for Cigarini’s return to Parma who just recently rejected a loan move to Cesena.

However Napoli are also keen not to make a loss on the player they paid almost 13 million euro for just last season.

Sevilla are also linked to the former Italy U21 international with a possible loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
