Friday, 08 January 2010Dzemaili: “We must look ahead to Livorno”

Blerim Dzemaili

Speaking at a press conference during training yesterday, Parma midfielder Blerim Dzemaili gave his thoughts on the upcoming game against Livorno on Sunday.

“We played against a great team, and to be able to dominate someone like Juventus gives us alot of confidence going into the game on Sunday.”

“Yesterday we were lacking that cutting edge, we spent alot of time in Juventus’ half but failed to do much at all when we got into the final third of the pitch.”

“I feel sorry for what happened to Castellini, it was an instinctive reaction and I’m sure anyone wouldve tried the same.”

“Paolo apologised for the mistake but the defeat wasn’t his fault. You win and lose as a team and it’s just something we will have to accept and move on with.”

“The game against Livorno on Sunday will be tough, being without Morrone and Mariga will definitely hurt us in midfield because we will miss their grit and determination but I’m sure whoever replaces them will be upto the task.”
