While speaking to reporters today Parma manager Francesco Guidolin thanked the fans for their support during Sunday’s 0-0 draw with Udinese.

“We played well in the opening few minutes it was a balanced game, we were given a great opportunity to go ahead but for a fantastic save by Handanovic.”

“I would like to thank the fans for their support. It’s difficult to watch a team miss a penalty then go a man down in such a short space of time particularly on the back of three defeats but they stuck with us.”

“I feel that if it were 11 against 11 we could have beaten Udinese yesterday but nevertheless I am proud of how the team performed.”
