Yesterday Parma defender Alessandro Lucarelli spoke  about the teams objectives for the remainder of the season looking ahead to tomorrows game against Chievo.

“For us it’s important that we can keep this run of form going for aslong as possible we want to try and rack up as many points as possible.”

“The victory against Sampdoria was an important psychological one for us as it meant we were able to play with renewed confidence and belief.”

“Now that we’ve achieved our primary objective of safety from relegation we now have the enthusiasm especially from the victory on Wednesday to drive us on to the end of the season.”

“It may even be possible to reach the European places but from now on we have nothing to fear.”
