Parma have accepted an offer from Manchester City for midfielder Mcdonald Mariga and it is all but official pending a work permit.

The deal appears to include the full ownership of striker Valeri Bojinov, currently on loan at the club aswell as a reported 10 million euro.

Having constantly rejected any approaches from Italian clubs Parma president Tomasso Ghirardi found it too difficult to turn down the offer from Manchester City.

Mariga played 59 times since joining Parma in 2007 and scoring 3 goals.
